Fascano is transforming the food and beverage (F&B) tech space with a full-stack digital ordering and management platform. We designed the complete ecosystem—from the web menu and mobile ordering app to the restaurant dashboard, admin panel, and a real-time cashier system.

With over 1 million QR code scans across partner restaurants and two successful funding rounds, Fascano is scaling rapidly on a strong, user-centered product foundation.

2. Lack of Menu Consistency Across Restaurants
Many partner venues lacked a standardized digital menu system. We needed to create a fast-loading, adaptable menu management dashboard that could support diverse restaurant setups without compromising performance.
3. Operational Bottlenecks in the Kitchen-to-Cashier Flow
Staff struggled with managing orders, live inventory, and coordination between kitchen and cashier. Fascano required a real product—not just a sleek UI—that solved real operational pain points in busy restaurant environments.

We designed a lightweight, multilingual, QR-activated web menu that loads instantly. The menu architecture supports categories, modifiers, and deep-linking—enabling seamless browsing, ordering, and special offers.

2. Branded Mobile App UX

A conversion-optimized mobile app was built for fast reordering, loyalty features, and intuitive product discovery. Clean UI design and mobile-first user flow best practices ensured strong engagement and retention.

3. Restaurant Admin Dashboard

A streamlined, no-fuss admin panel allows restaurants to manage menus, control live inventory, toggle availability, and view real-time orders—all through a fast and responsive interface.

4. Internal Operations Dashboard

We developed an internal admin tool for the Fascano team to onboard partner venues, monitor performance, and track analytics. The system was centralized via smart backend architecture and intuitive UX, enhancing cross-team collaboration.

5. Cashier-Side Ordering System

Built a dedicated POS-style interface for cashier-side order management, synchronized in real-time with restaurant menus and live orders. The system was designed to be quick, reliable, and easy to operate under pressure, ensuring seamless service during rush hours.

6. Unified Figma Design System

Delivered a centralized Figma-based design system to maintain consistent UI/UX across all Fascano products. This empowered rapid iteration, supported low-code/no-code teams, and ensured long-term design scalability across new features and platforms.
