UX & Conversion Challenges in Building GoLands

1. Outdated UI and Fragmented UX:

The initial MVP suffered from poor usability, inconsistent navigation flows, and a non-scalable tech stack. Users faced friction across key touchpoints. A full UX audit and redesign was required to deliver a unified experience across both web and mobile, especially for the main real estate listing website.

2. Lack of Trust in Transactions:

Real estate users demand credibility and confidence before initiating land investments. The old flow lacked trust signals. We designed a conversion-optimized landing page, simplified the onboarding process, and implemented a mobile-first user journey framework that built trust at every step.

3. Weak Mobile Experience:

The platform was not optimized for mobile use—affecting engagement, bounce rate, and session time. This required a responsive UI overhaul to align with modern usage habits and drive retention among on-the-go users.
