Challenges in Building GoLands

Outdated UI and Fragmented Experience: The early MVP suffered from poor usability, inconsistent flows, and non-scalable architecture. A complete product audit and redesign was required to unify the experience across web and mobile, including the main website.

Lack of Trust in Transactions: Real estate buyers demand credibility and smooth onboarding. The platform needed a conversion-optimized landing page, simplified user flows, and mobile user journey design that builds trust at every step.

Limited Mobile Experience: The previous version wasn’t optimized for mobile users, which hurt engagement.

Solutions and How They Were Implemented

Redesigned Platform for Buyers and Investors: We built a user-first platform and responsive website focused on simplicity, speed, and clarity. From landing page design to mobile interactions, every detail was reimagined to support both desktop and app users.

Streamlined User Flows and Onboarding: We redesigned the app onboarding UX and app user flow design for clarity and conversion. New flows guide users through exploring, evaluating, and purchasing land with minimal friction.

Custom Dashboard for Sellers and Admins: Created a clean, functional admin panel design with analytics, lead tracking, and real-time property data. This improved internal efficiency and user trust.

New Website Built for Scale: We designed and launched a responsive, SEO-optimized site to showcase GoLands’ value, drive investor interest, and capture leads.
